The Envifab tubular jacketed reactors are engineered with a spiral configuration within the jacket. These spirals function as fins, enhancing the heat transfer process within the mixing tube. Additionally, the fins extend the residence time of the utility liquid inside the jacket, thereby improving the heat transfer ratio.
Our lab-scale reactors are offered in capacities of 35 liters, 50 liters, and 100 liters, with customized end connections tailored to meet client specifications.
