Static Screens are applied for separating Solids from process and Wastewater. The Static Screens are robustly built and required the minimum maintenance and attention. The Raw water pumped over a curved, wedge wire Screen plate where separated particles slide down, due to gravity and the screened water leaves the screen via the outlet. The Screen can be equipped with a programmable spray cleaning device in case of wastewater contains fiber like material or Fat. The screen is built with stainless steel wedge wire mesh from 0,25 mm to 1,5 mm to remove any solids above this mesh size.

Static bar screens are designed to capture large debris such as sticks, plastic, rags, and other solid waste from wastewater or water streams. They consist of horizontal or vertical bars that allow water to pass through while retaining larger particles.
