Product Description
It is integrated machine consisting of the screen, a spiral and a press unit. During the operation, Solids in the incoming flow will progressively collect on the screen mesh. During the operation when water level reach at pre-set level, the spiral will be activated and convey the solid up to the pressing zone, brushes are connected periphery at the lower section of the spiral will clean the screen mesh.
Conveyed solids are compacted and dewatered as per the solid properties, volume reduction up to 40 percent dry solids can be achieved prior to dispatch.
